Dear members and future members of La Centrale,

Your presence is requested for the end of year assembly on Saturday June 9th 2018, from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at 4296 Saint-Laurent Blvd, Montréal.

Your involvement is important to us; members are essential for the centre’s life and activities. We encourage you to attend this assembly in order to meet other members of the community and to make your voice heard in the discussions.

During the assembly, we'll discuss the following points :

Board of Directors report
Previous und upcoming projects at La Centrale in 2017-2018 and 2018-2019
Presentation of the election process for the board of directors and the programming committee for the General Assembly (October 2018)

Funding and community:

Restructuring of the funding committee
(re)creation of a member-run membership committee

Moving: presentation of the results of the survey and creation of a committee
Presentation of the committees and working groups and their activities in 2017-2018

Collective discussions:

Comments and suggestions regarding activities and members involvment
The 2019-2023 vision for La Centrale

The meeting will be followed by a friendly barbecue in the garden. This will also be an opportunity to renew your membership for the coming year.
